Archive for June, 2010

Well recently I had the pleasure of going along to meet with Pamela and Rick to shoot their Engagement Session. They decided that Lanark Loch was where they’d like to have it, so off we went. The weather held off to give us some good light on the evening, and here are just a few shots from their session.

Just a little bit of shadow play going on in this shot  ..

Pamela and Rick have a laugh a minute type of relationship .. which makes them very easy to photograph :-)

I liked this shot a lot

Just a little selective colour in this shot ..

Finally, those that follow the Blog regularly, won’t be surprised at a silhouette shot – when you’ve got a sky like this .. why not

As you may recall, I Blogged about Fiona and Charlie’s Engagement Session a few weeks ago.

Well, they recently got married at The Three Kings near Falkirk, and here are just a few shots from that day …

Fiona’s fantastic dress and shoes

There was a lot of laughing going on while the girls were getting ready …

The stunning flowers ..

Professional makeup was by Evelyn Bird who can be contacted on 01324 714937

Yes, it’s an artistic one ..

I’m loving this one

Charlie and his men march into town :-)

I have to say, I’ve never quite been to a ceremony that had as much hilarity as this one did :-)

Just a couple of the many formals that we shot on the day ..

A sweet moment during the speeches

I liked this one during the first danceJames Solly Photography

Finally, we went outside later on in the evening, and captured this shot …     James Solly Photography

Lynn and Anthony are a fantastic couple who recently got married at their local Church near Uddingston. It was then off to the Dalziel Park Hotel for the reception, but not before we stopped off at Viewpark Nursery Gardens for a few shots. But firstly, we’ll start off with a few shots of the girls getting ready …

This young lady was in danger of stealing everyone’s attention – how cute is she !   James Solly Photography
