I recently had the fun of doing an Engagement Session for Sarah and Scott.

They decided that they wanted to do the shoot in the small Perthshire village of Kenmore, as this is where the wedding was to be held. In fact, the wedding is actually at the Kenmore Hotel which is apparently Scotland’s oldest Inn.  So, early one morning we set off to see what we could do in this quiet little village, without waking the neighbours!

So much for a surprise, it looks like the village already knew we were coming .. okay so I might be kidding, this may just be the work of Photoshop :-)

The actual wedding venue in the background

This is the main bridge over the river Tay, which then flows into Loch Tay, so it’s a pretty symbolic feature in this area. Sarah and Scott are actually standing on the jetty at the rear of the hotel, the very jetty that they will be married on … now that’s just a little bit different !!

Just me being a little artistic as always :-)

I really liked this one, in fact it was only one of a set that we did on the beach .. and we were having great fun !!

Later in the shoot, we went for a few dark, romantic shots, which came out rather well I thought

and as regular viewers will testify, a silhouette shot is generally expected in an E-Session, so why not…

Sarah and Scott, the next post will be a few of your wedding images

As you may recall, not too long ago I Blogged about the Engagement Session of Pamela and Rick. Well they recently got married at Keavil House near Dunfermline, and here are just a few images that were captured that day.

As usual, there was a lot of laughter with the girls during the getting ready stage :-)

Pam and Rick, it was my pleasure to work with you both. You had a fantastic day, and it shows in the images that we captured. As you already know, I wish you both all the very best together, forever.

I recently met up with Karen and Scott to do their Engagement Session. They are getting married at Dalziel Park Hotel in the coming weeks, but for now here are just a few shots from their E-Shoot.

For a change I’m going to start with a silhouette shot, why? well because we ended in one too, but it was slightly different from this one :-)
